My 2 little ones

Well, I'm so lame, I have no exciting stories to tell again this time. Marissa is getting too big for her own britches. I think she is more responsible than we are. She is always telling dad to put his seat belt on and telling me that she is ready to go to bed. Tonight she told me that I had to finish my dinner before I can have any juice. Just for your information, I did finish my dinner and I did get to have some juice. What the heck, where does she get these things, she picks things up way too quickly. Owen won't stop moving I think he is ready to start crawling, he doesn't want to waste anymore time just laying around. He gets himself rolled over and then he starts moving his legs and ends up lifting his bottom up in the air and trying to push off. Again, what the heck!! He's only 3 1/2 months and he's ready to move. I am in so much trouble! The two of them are becoming so fun, Marissa loves talking to him and tickling him well it's more like scratching and poking. He just laughs and talks back. Tonight I found the two of them on the floor together talking and laughing, it was the sweetest thing.

Growing Fast

Not a lot has gone on, Marissa is turning into a stubborn little 3 year old, I can't believe it. I guess it's time to whip out the time out chair. She is also the sweetest little 3 year old. She is always saying "I love you mom" and playing with her baby brother. It is so fun to watch the 2 of them interact with each other. Owen doesn't know what to do with himself. He keeps rolling over like crazy! Most of the time he gets upset when he rolls over, I guess he doesn't mean to. He squirms around so much that he some how ends up on his tummy. He does not like being by himself. He freaks out whenever I put him down and walk away. He doesn't want to miss anything. He like being held facing out. He's definitely more of a cuddler than Marissa. Marissa is very independent which is nice sometimes.
Like I said there isn't a whole lot going on I just want to put some new pics up. I need to make sure my 2 sisters that abandoned me here in Arizona don't forget what they look like, yeah that's right, Melissa moved to sunny California and Monica moved to snowy Colorado. That just leaves me here in super hot Arizona (ugh, not looking forward to the summer).

My little boy is growing up!

Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh!! The day had finally arrived! Owen slept through the night. He went to bed about 11 and didn't wake up til 7. When he finally woke up to eat I got up like every other morning but while I was walking down stairs I was confused, "Did I feed Owen in the middle of the night?" Seriously it took me a couple of hours to finally realize that I didn't get up and that Owen did sleep all night. Hallelujah the boy can go more that 3 hours without eating. I never thought I would see the day.

Oh but that's not all....Owen believe it or not rolled over!! Yes, that's right rolled over, he's just turned 3 months this last Wednesday. He has always been a squirmy little boy. I couldn't leave him on the couch for a second without worrying he'll fall off. For the last 2 weeks or so, he has been rolling to his side and squirming around a lot more than before and on Saturday he was on the ground playing on his floor mat thing, I don't what it's called, when he started to get upset, he was on his side trying to roll over. I waited and watched, he was so close so I just wondered if you could do it when all of a sudden there he went onto his tummy. The second he rolled over he stopped crying looked round and started talking. He was so happy. He layed there on his tummy for a few minutes and then wanted mom to hold him. I could not believe it, Marissa was about 5 months when she rolled over. What a little champ. I'm so proud!
