Last Saturday Team USA and England were playing each other in the World Cup Tournament and so Brock and I decided to pay a little tribute to the mother country and make some traditional English food. Brock served his mission in England and he is dieing to go back!!! First we made our version of a Cornish Pasty. It's meat, onions, potatoes, and gravy all wrapped up in pie crust. Oh it was so good!! Then for desert we bought, pardon my language, Spotted Dick (it's like a spiced cake w/ raisins) and English Custard. It was really good!!
Oh this is English goodness! Cornish Pasty, delicious!
This custard is made in one of the areas Brock served in. Devon custard is so so so good.
