For Marissa's 3rd birthday we decided instead of buying Marissa another toy to fill up her already overflowing toy closet, we would take her to the zoo. This is the 2nd time she's gone. The first time doesn't really count. She was only 5 months. She was pretty mellow at first. She really didn't get excited about anything until her friend Colby came, then she got excited. They we so cute together. When Colby got there he grabbed her hand and said "Come on 'Issa!" and they just walk off together, ready to explore. It was so cute. They didn't even care that mom and dad weren't with them.
Time for a little rest.

how fun! karsyn loves the zoo! I just barely checked my blog out and got your message asking what time kids club is. It is at 10:00 today, which is like in 5 minutes. obviously i am not going today... we are getting ready to go back to showlow for the weekend.. oh man, but next week, you should come. it will be fun! let me know and we can meet somewhere!

Isn't the zoo so much more fun now that you have children? Just watching how excited they get is more fun than all the animals :)
Hey, you don't have a clue who I am but I grew up with your husband. He lived right up the road from me pretty much my whole life, went to school with him, and worked with him at the lovely DQ. I love his parents especially "Sister Delsa":) Anyway, just wanted to say hi, your family is adorable.
